Hey @user_vg4vs9, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support about your Voicemail. Are you still needing help getting it disabled? Just a heads up if you have problems in the future that need to be addressed quicker, some of the forum sections our designed for customers to provide their experience and solutions. Those ones are delayed on sending to us to give time for the community to help. If you need help from us sooner, the customer service section goes straight to us. When you get a chance, can you send us a direct message so we can help?
@mjs4755 To send a direct message: Click "Sign In" if necessary Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it
