Fix for message light flashing gives error occurred try again later
I followed the directions posted here: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/phone/answered-how-to-fix-the-xfinity-voicemail-messages-indicator-always-on/602da481c5375f08cd7faf98?linkId=125053059
and it returned an error and try again later. So that doesn't work. I checked and have no voicemails.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (top right corner)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it.

Hi Marcella, I have done as you requested. I have provided my location access to the "team" yet the light is still flashing although I have no new messages.
