How can i change the number of rings for home phone voicemail?

Everywhere I check it says that option is either on the "Checking Voicemail" tab or on the "Call Forwarding" tab under "Advanced Call Forwarding", but on that tab it says"This telephone number does not have access to Advanced Call Forwarding."

Hi! I've included an article that details how to do that: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-number-of-rings-before-calls-are-forwarded

@XfinityKyla Thanks for the response but as it's stated in my original post that article is outdated and is no longer correct. The option to adjust your number of rings is no longer in the "Advanced Call Forwarding" area. And after my call to customer support it seems like that option is no longer available to CS agents either, after speaking with her support she was told to make a ticket so someone higher up on the support chain could figure out what's going on. This needs to be fixed ASAP, right now voice mail is picking up on the 3rd or 4th ring! And I have absolutely no way of changing it!

Thank you for sharing those details, @BobbyLane. I would be more than happy to check on the status of that ticket for you or reach out to the Advanced Techs, who do have the ability to change the rings for your voicemail. Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
