I have the same problem and have tried for over a week to get this resolved!  I can't work and I am getting ready to be fired though my firm because I can't get calls to come in on their Serenova system because the calls drop because of the feature.  I am in tears right now because I have lost a week of pay!  This is ridiculous that this can not get resolved easily!  I don't care about cost I need this Voicemail feature and call waiting feature or forwarding feature to be TURNED OFF!!!!!!

After 3 Chat sessions and a phone call this still is an ongoing issue, I am to the point I should of stayed with ATT - I am getting upset!
