How to block International calls
We are getting international calls (home line, not mobile) at all hours of night from this one number. The number is showing up as [Edited: "Personal Information], but clearly an international origin (India): [Edited: "Personal Information]
Everytime I try to block this number via our Xfinity Voice/LAN dashboard feature, it says "We're unable to process this request. Please try again. " or "Sorry -
Please try again with a valid telephone number."
We need to block this number and need to know how to do this. Surely Xfinity has a way to block any (011) or (91) country code phone numbers.
Pls help.

I know how frustrating and inconvenient this would be to do multiple times with no success. Our amazing Digital Care Team would be more than happy to further look into and assist you with this on our end. To get started, please send us a Private Chat Message including your first and last name as it appears on the account.
To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.
