Incoming Xfinity landline calls are going straight to voicemail

For several weeks, all incoming calls placed to My Xfinity landline are going straight to voicemail.  My Advanced Call Forwarding is set for 5 rings, but all calls are popping to VM without so much as a ring. They oftentimes show on the tv screen, but my phones never rings.

I had this problem yesterday. I spoke to an agent. He said I needed to reset my wireless password… which was stupid but couldn’t make him understand that the landline has nothing to do with the wireless system…..so still don’t know how to fix the problem.
