@XfinityMichaelC​ [address information]. I would go on to the regular xfinity website click on the picture of the phone and my history was there.

Okay great. You can access the call history at the website. 

Call Record Information

Itemized voice charges can be accessed in the Billing section of My Account:

  1. Go to https://comca.st/3nzcZd2 using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Click on the My Account tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click the Billing tab in My Account.
  4. Click on View Call Log in the Common Solutions section.

Under common solutions it does not say View call log. As I said up until about 3 weeks ago all I had to do was click on the picture of the landline phone and it would bring up my call log. Something has changed.

Hey there, @stewalt. There is a screenshot here of what the option should look like under the Common Solutions box. You would need to make sure you are under the Billing tab after you are logged in. What web browser are you using to access the Xfinity MyAccount web portal?
