Lost Caller ID on landline

Keep losing caller ID on landline. Despite unplugging and plugging in again.  It happens a few times a day and it's a business line so very important. Online Chat was of course, no help at all. I've even replaced the phone.  Still happening.  (disregard Category and Topic, I couldn't post without choosing from the drop down and neither applied)

Keep losing caller ID on landline. Despite unplugging and plugging in again and even purchasing a new phone, I lose caller ID about 5 times a day.  Very frustrating. Any ideas ?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I no longer work for Comcast.

I did that prior to posting.  I was in an endless loop with no response to my question or customer service.
