My problem is when CVS calls me the phone does not ring it automatically goes to voicemail

When CVS calls me on my landline phone, the phone does not ring, it automatically goes to voicemail, I cannot access my voicemail at all when I dial *99 it asked me for a passport, I don't have one or I don't know what it is, I believe a household member tried to delete the voicemail of CVS and now I cannot access my voicemail as a recording askes me for a password what do I do and how do I correct the problem of receiving my calls and if I don't answer than have my messages go to voicemail.

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

@user_aghscp Thanks for reaching out, You're in the right place for a resolution.

I have a link that goes into our voicemail features and settings as well as how to log in online, and you can change, deactivate your pin and set the number of rings before calls go to voicemail listen to your voicemails online and more!  Here's that link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-voicemail-features-in-xfinity-connect

Here's a second link that walks you through viewing your current pin online https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-change-voice-security-pin

Is CVS the only number that goes straight to voicemail?

The article you linked says:

... To view your Voice Security PIN, you must first authenticate your account by entering your PIN. ...

Really? "To view your PIN you must enter your PIN?" ??? How helpful is THAT going to be???
