No dial tone after upgrading modem

We have no dial tone since we upgraded our modem.  I have rebooted and did all the troubleshooting steps listed on your website/app.  I can't reach anyone for help!  How do I resolve this issue?  

BTW, why is it so hard to get help from Xfinity?  We pay a fortune for your service, yet we can't reach a live person.  We should get better service.

I hope you are doing well today. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out so we can help you out. I see you got to upgrade your Gateway, which is fantastic. We have some great equipment, and it always helps to ensure you have the most updated device for your speeds. 

I understand that after you activated the new device, you didn't get a dial tone for your home phone. I'm sure this was confusing, but we will do our best to help. I jumped in on my end to get a head start. I noticed that everything was provisioned correctly, and the service should be working as expected after some help from our service team. How is everything on your end today?
