No Dial Tone

I have performed both a hard reset and soft reset checked all the wires and cables for my phones and still have no dial tone. I do have Internet and TV would really like to get my phone dial to him back so I can use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I suspect it is something that Xfinity will need to send down the line to my modem. Just not sure how to get a hold of the proper person to do that.

@user_ylrk9p You're with the right team to help! We can help you with your dial tone concerns. Thanks for letting us know abut the troubleshooting steps you’ve taken. I have a few steps I would like for you to try. 

Is your phone plugged into your wall or the back of your modem? If it's in the wall please plug it into the back of the Xfinity modem and test it for a dial tone. 

If you're using a cordless phone can you please reset the bases and unplug the batteries and put them back in.
