No option to Change Rings in Voice Mail - No option in the Advanced Call Forwarding
All XFinity articles say go to Call forwarding and under advanced Call forwarding there will be a spot to change the number of rings to between 3 and 9. Like many other frustrated Xfinity customers - this little space does not show for me. I fully expect to have an Joyful Xfinity AI bot say something nice and then repeat the directions that I just posted above. I do want to confirm that on neither phone nor desktop is the option to change ring numbers visible. I have seen posts where people were able to have an Xfinity tech change the ring numbers. After being 1) invited to submit a direct message, and that somehow leading to conversation with a human
in the event that this message is enough - I would like the number of rings changed to 7 for the account that I am an administrator on at the Fox Hollow address. I am not optimistic - It took me five in person trips to the store just to get dad's recent move completed correctly. God I miss the 80's where customer service was part of the product that most companies offered, when they valued positive public reputation. I will take solace in the fact that xfinity had over 16 Billion NET profit in 2024. I'm glad they are able to have helicopter pads for their second yachts.
Please - adjust the call forwarding page so that the options you STATE are available in the articles on your support page, are indeed available. If that is too much to ask - please change the ring number to seven (7) on my dads land line.
Thank you so much for the care and support.
Mark
