I'm sorry to read that you may be being billed for a service you did not know you have or are not using. It's possible that it was part of a bundle package that may have been selected for the account at one point. I found my mom still have a landline on her account recently, and she hasn't used that number is several years.
I know that added cost is anyway can make thing unaffordable, so I would love to help out and look into this for us.
