phone ring count

Cannot change ring count. Advanced call forwarding page does not display drop down to make changes. Browser debug window displays 404 errors when loading.

Hello @user_cfjiuf. Are you trying to make changes to your landline settings via the Xfinity app?

Yes. Attempting to increase ring count before voicemail pickup for Xfinity phone. Tried through both iPhone app and edge browser on PC. Appears to be resource not found error on page load.

Thank you for the response and link. Unfortunately these are the steps I am following, which result in the Advanced forwarding section showing the error below. As mentioned the browser debug on PC shows 404 errors.

Send your incoming calls to up to 5 phone numbers simultaneously.

user_cfjiuf I appreciate you giving that a try and I'm sorry you're getting an error when you attempt to change the number of rings. Have you tried another browser? Do you get the same error after clearing your browser's cache and cookies?
