Trying to correct my home phone which keeps telling me that my mailbox is currently unavailable

I  can receive  calls and place calls  but cannot get to my  call logs to see  numbers that i have missed

 *99 just keeps telling me that my mailbox is currently  unavailable

Thank you very much for your assisrance.

Unfortunately i am still unable to get to the call history for the landline phone. Under the old xfinity app you could see your calls and could also have the advantage of blocking numbers when checking your email you could click on Voice and from there you could see your call logs.  With the new afinity app i can still get to my email and when i click on voice i get the message oops... sorry but something went wrong.  Try again in a few minutes  but keep getting same message.
