VM not able to set-up

Like many others, I am unable to set up the vm on my landline.  Worked perfectly for years until I received a new “upgraded” box.  Also, now do not receive caller id on tv screen.  Suggestions?

Hey there, @user_bnyjj6! I am sorry to hear about the experience with setting up your voicemail. Does your Xfinity Voice service work otherwise? Do you receive an error when you attempt setup the Voice?

Thank you for your reply.  The landline service (voice) does work (did not when new box installed, but tech support fixed).  When attempting to set up voicemail, get reply that voicemail mailbox is unavailable.

Also, to confirm the caller id is still not working? 

I no longer work for Comcast.

Yes.  It did not work (voicemail not available).  Also, caller id works on a phone, but does not show on the tv as before

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
