voice caller id

I have a Panasonic telephone Model Number KX-TGA641 that runs on Xfinity voice services. When I place a call to another phone number it announces my husband’s name ([Edited: "Personal Information"]). However, my husband has since passed away and I would like to know how to change the “announced name” to be mine ([Edited: "Personal Information"]).

Good afternoon @Pep7, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your request to change the voice caller ID on your landline. In order to change the voice caller ID, we'll need to get your account pulled up to change the information in our system. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
