Voice portal
I need to be able to access the call logs, readable voicemails, change number of rings, call forwarding, etc. Why can't I access these features? I have called support numerous times only to be told...give it 24 hours. Or we are working on an issue. I honestly am beginning to think that these services do not exist, however they are all advertised. It is very frustrating as this particular land line is for my elderly parent who is getting multiple spam calls a day that I am trying to block and review. Please advise if there is a solution to this problem. Thanks.
