Voice portal

I need to be able to access the call logs, readable voicemails, change number of rings, call forwarding, etc.  Why can't I access these features?  I have called support numerous times only to be told...give it 24 hours.  Or we are working on an issue.  I honestly am beginning to think that these services do not exist, however they are all advertised.  It is very frustrating as this particular land line is for my elderly parent who is getting multiple spam calls a day that I am trying to block and review.  Please advise if there is a solution to this problem.  Thanks.

user_k2865 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with accessing your Xfinity Home Voice options! You should have access to all those options using the Xfinity voice portal, like you mentioned. Could you tell us a little more about what happens when you attempt to access the voice portal features?

I always receive an error message that states....sorry something went wrong. Contact us to reactivate your service.

When I call Customer service they tell me to give it 24 hours. Its been 2 weeks now.

Does it allow you to sign in when clicking on the link @user_k2865 or are you getting the error when trying to sign in?

I can sign in.  When I click on "voice:, I get the error.  Also there is no red dot by voicemail even though I know there are voicemails.

Thanks for confirming that for us! After further researching, I am showing this has been reported as a known issue. Our engineers are aware of the issue and are working towards a fix. At this time, there are no workarounds for you to make these changes on your end. There is also no ETA on when a workaround will be available or when this will be fixed.

I just really need to be able to access readable voicemail and view call logs in order to block all the spam calls that my mother continues to receive.
