voice readable voicemail

when i log into my xfinity voice online. i am unable to see call history or set up voicemail settings. it says to contact customer service.

Hi there, @user_i6b4ki! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reach out about the call history and voicemail settings. Are you seeing other aspects of your phone service listed on your account?

 

Are you logged in as the Primary User? 

 

This link shows how to view your call history, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-voicemail-xfinity-connect. This also goes over how to hide the call history. Can you check that setting for me and ensure it does not show hidden? 

 

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines.
