Voice Tab Online does not take me to my messages

When I am logged into my email online and click the Voice Tab I am getting a message to Learn more about Xfinity Voice. It does not take me to my VoiceMail messages. When I click the link it takes me to a page that says the below and has me call a phone number that is an eternal loop. Why can;'t I acces voicemail online anymore?

Your order deserves a little more attention.

@user_fpkqbi Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reach out about not being able to access your voicemail online. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? or trying another browser? Often this resolves this message you're receiving. Let me know if this helps.

I have tried clearing my cache, multiple browsers and also Incognito mode. It gives me the same message.
