Voicemail email notifications not working

I have not received any voicemail email notifications since February even though I have received voicemail since that time.  I have checked and confirmed that my settings are correct and have not changed since this service has stopped working. Is there a systemwide issue with this service?

Hello @user_jwj68, Thank you for clarifying that for me. I really appreciate it. I understand you’ve already checked your settings and haven’t noticed any changes. Just to make sure we cover all bases, could you please confirm that under your voicemail notification settings, there’s a valid email address listed, and that one of the email notification options is selected?
