voicemail indicator

I can't get the voicemail flashing light to turn off. I have no messages and the link to "clear MWI" just says "sorry something went wrong, try again"

I have the same problem. I can turn the indicator off on the phone but it turns right back on again.

@user_2fd91f oh no, we apologize for this concern, we're you able to follow the steps that XfinityBrandon left?

In addition, clear cache and cookies on the browser?

I no longer work for Comcast.
