Hi there, @user_d1f61a. Thanks for reaching out to our forums for info on how to change your home Voicemail PIN.

We make it extremely easy to change your voicemail PIN online. Here's how
First, go to Voice Settings in My Account (you may be asked to sign in using your  Xfinity ID and password). ·
  1. Choose Voicemail PIN under the Xfinity ID, Passwords & PINS section.
  2. Click edit in the Voicemail PIN box.
  3. Enter your new voicemail PIN and confirm the new PIN.
  4. Click Update
