X1 caller ID not displayed on TV

Yesterday replace TV box with X1 box.  Caller ID does not display and notification setting for display is on

Good Morning, user_aqr253! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here. There was an update as of June of 2024 on our older equipment that caller ID to TV is no longer availabe. Do you have an X1 box?

user_aqr253 Let's be sure this is set up properly. Please follow these steps.
 
To access Notifications:

 

Using the remote, press the xfinity button.
Highlight Settings (the gear icon) and press OK.
The Main Menu is displayed, with the Settings at the lower right.

Highlight Preferences and press OK.
Settings menu displays with Preferences option highlighted.
Highlight Notifications and press OK.
Preferences menu displays with General option highlighted. Notifications is the second option. 

Highlight the notification you want to change, then press OK on the remote to turn the notification on or off.
Notifications menu lists available notifications and indicates if each option is turned on or off.
Click Exit to finish.
