Xfinity Land Lines Were Dropped
Xfinity inadvertantly dropped our 2 land lines that we have had over 40 years. We have made over 6 efforts to reinstate the phones. We have discussed in detail the situation that Xfinity created on 6 occasions with technical reps who hace promised that the switch up on the phone lines would be corrected in 48 hours, However, this obviously has not occured. It appears that the techs that we have discussed the phone problems with do not have the ability to fix the lines. We are now going into 30 days without phone service. Please have someone with knowledge about this contact me as soon as possible to fix this problem.

Greetings, @user_iyh8ef! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reach out about the phone lines. I understand that is a lot with having the numbers for so long. When the home phone lines were removed, were you updating your internet package into our new Next Gen plans? Those come in the 1 or 5 year option and include the modem and unlimited data. I ask because with our new plans, you are only able to have 1 home phone line on your account.
