2nd xfinity xb8-t no dialtone, xb6 no issues, all else OK with xb8-t

If your modem has no dial tone, please try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure all phones are on the hook and cordless phone batteries are charged.
2. Plug a working corded phone into different jacks to isolate the issue.
3. Connect the phone directly to the XB8 modem to check for wiring issues.
