Blocking

@James_R810 Hello and good afternoon, and thank you for reaching out over our Xfinity Community Forum. We don't have a way of blocking all calls, as some call types are not able to be blocked, so unplugging the gateway (with no backup battery) is the most sure way to "block" calls so to speak. You can actually also setup and manage call screening, to block calls using your Xfinity Voice landline phone, and you can view the steps to do so by clicking here https://comca.st/3cGdEaN.
