Calls dropped after 30 mins.
Seen a lot of old chatter about this but none recently. My elderly folks have Xfinity full-boat services but every phone call drops after 30 mins and it has made calls with doctors offices etc. unreliable and frustrating. This is nearly brand new service with brand new equipment. What is the solution?

Random disconnect for me. Hung up on my heart specialist , as well as my heart nurse during phone appointments. Family and friends are so familiar with disconnects that they just wait for me to call back. Whenever talking with someone new and important, first think I do is warn them phone will probably disconnect without warning.
