Calls to another Xfinity customer don't connect

When Xfinity voice customer A calls Xfinity voice customer B, customer A hears ringing and then the ringing stops as if customer B has answered, but customer A can't hear anything being said by customer B.  Meanwhile, customer B says that after answering the ringing phone, all customer B hears is the sound of a phone ringing and it keeps ringing 25 times or more.

Customer A can call a different Xfinity voice customer C and doesn't encounter this problem.

How can this be fixed?  Is this a problem with the equipment of customer A or customer B or an Xfinity system issue?

Thanks.

Hi 9DuZZ9sR, thank you for providing that example of what you're experiencing. To confirm, are you only experiencing this issue when calling one specific number? Or are you unable to hear after the ringing with multiple numbers?

@XfinityMarcos

It's the former: the problem with being unable to hear the answering phone occurs only with calls to one Xfinity voice customer.
