can't access voicemail

When I try to access my voicemail, the screen keeps flickering between white and the loading screen with the small circle with 3 dots in the middle and will not go to my voicemail page.  It doesn't happen every time but it's been a frequent occurrence.

I did that before contacting you.  Cleaned everything, scanned for any problems, still can't access.  Quite frankly, this isn't the first time this has happened.  Usually the problem resolves itself within a short period of time.  This has been days now and it has me rethinking my entire Xfinity subscriptions.

user_v3o7ef Hmm, let's go ahead and take closer look and see what's going on. Please send a Direct Message with your full name and address. Here are instructions on how to send a DM in case you need them:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
