Can't call out from landline

My landline has a continuous busy signal. I can't call out nor can anyone call in. How do I fix this,

You have certainly sent a message to the right team, and we are going to get you squared away. Let's get started!  First, can you please send us a private message with your full name, complete service address and account info?  That way I will be able to fully access your account to take a look at what is going on.  

 

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I can not call out, people can call me on the home line I can only answer but I can not answer.
