Connection issues

Since moving in to my new home, I’ve had connection issues. I work from home and I deal with customers all day and it’s so frustrating when I loose the consumer every few minutes during a call for about 30 seconds or the call drops. I’ve had 2 technicians come out and they’ve changed the cable outside my home and they have switched out the modem, but I still have the same issue. I’ve spoken to several representatives over the phone and they all tell me the same responsive “everything looks fine in my end”, but I’m never taken serious. I’ve had to work at my family’s home and friends home because this issue is affecting my performance. My calls drop or I loose the customer for about 30 seconds every few minutes. My modem never turns off, but my calls drop. I never have this issue at anyone’s home but my current homes I wish I could switch providers but Xfinity is the only provider in my area. I’m desperately looking for help or tips to help with this issue.

Hello, @user_gn7ry4. I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing connection issues even after two tech visits. I also work from home so I completely understand how important it is to always have a reliable connection. I would love the opportunity to review your account to see what we can do to fix this once and for all.
