Hello, @user_ichd12 sorry to have read about you voice services dropping calls. Have you performed any troubleshooting to correct this issue? For example, using the tools within the Xfinity App or rebooting your modem?
user_ichd12 You may want to check the phone jack connections going to the modem, and the phone system. If they are not seated correctly, it can cause dial tone issues, and call drops. So the community can understand your concerns a bit better, are you using your own modem, or a Xfinity Gateway for Xfinity Voice service? Also, what type of home phone system do you have?

user_ichd12 Since the issue started, have you reset the main base for the Cordless phone system?
