Having trouble ordering Voice
I tried to order Voice the other day, but the checkout process didn't complete. Today I got an email to 'complete your order', but when I log in, nothing is in my cart.
If I try to add it, I get the message 'working on your offer' and then the message goes away and nothing is in my cart.
I've tried everything I can think of: clearing cache and cookies, allowing all cookies on xfinity sites; tried incognito mode, tried using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Android tablet.
Same result in all of them - can't add Voice to cart.

@user_46c405, I appreciate you for taking the time to reach out, so we could both figure out why you were receiving this error. In your case, we learned, it was because you have Internet Essentials, and you have to call them directly at 844-963-0272 to get the service added. If you need anything in the future, don't hesitate to reach out. Take care!
