home phone not working and android cell phone still not connecting to security app
My home phone hasn't been working for a couple weeks. Thought it was because of a storm, and electricity going out momentarily, but still staticky and buzzing. Tried all of the options to troubleshoot and fix, but no good. Also, still can't log into my home security with the app on my Samsung, and the xfinity people stopped calling as soon as my 30 day cancellation period expired. I do not want to pay for services that aren't working! My internet, and streaming service are fine

Hello, @user_f2bf48 can you provide more detail about the troubleshooting steps you've taken to correct the phone static issue? For example, rebooting your modem or troubleshooting through the Xfinity App.
For the Home Security App, you need an Android (OS 6+) device. Once the app is installed, tap the app icon and sign in using your Xfinity ID and password. Are you running into an error code or message when attempting to sign onto the app?
