How can I disable voicemail on Xfinity voice

I need to disable my Xfinity voice voicemail.   There doesn't appear to be a simple way to turn that service off.

The app and the website doesn't allow me to get to the voice mail settings (Sorry, call our tech support line). This may be a different problem altogether as a lot of folks here have complaint about that.
