How to change the number of rings before going to voice mail

How do I change the number of rings before going to voicemail. I spoke with customer service that claimed to have fixed the problem. However it is still not showing up under my Advanced Call Forwarding tab.

Hello, @user_1ea984  here are the steps on how to change the rings before Voicemail. 

 

  1. Go to https://comca.st/32luKp0 and click the Menu button. Menu button.
  2. Select the Voice icon in the drop-down list.
  3. Log in using your Xfinity ID or email and password.
  4. Ensure you are on the Voice tab.
  5. Click the Settings icon The settings cog icon in the upper-right corner of the page and click on Settings.
  6. Click on Call Forwarding or Advanced Call Forwarding.
  7. Click the drop down under Rings to select the number of rings before voice

Hi Ruben,

Nope still not working. I followed all the steps and when I get to Advanced Call Forwarding. There is no drop down menu.

I can't find any chat icon where is it?

You should see three options on the top right of the forums page. There is message icon (direct message), a bell icon (notifications), and your profile icon (general profile settings.) You should click the message icon (looks like a chat bubble) to get started. You will be directed to the direct messages for your profile. There you will find a icon that looks like a pencil inside of a square next to "Conversations." You will click this icon and then search for "Xfinity Support" when you see "To: Type the name of a person." Let me know if that helps.
