1. Sign In: Access your account via the app or Xfinity Mobile website.
2. Navigate to Devices: Select the specific line/device you want to transfer.
3. Select Transfer Option: Choose "Transfer your number, cancel this line" and select "Learn More".
4. Verify with OTP: A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to your phone to confirm your identity.
5. Receive PIN: The security PIN will be sent via text message to your device, valid for 24 hours.
