Depending on your device I have some steps on how to unblock numbers on your mobile device.
For iPhones:
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Phone or Messages.
Tap Blocked Contacts.
wipe left on the number you want to unblock.
Tap Unblock.
For Androids:
Open the Phone app.
Tap the three dots (More) in the top-right corner.
Tap Settings.
Tap Blocked numbers.
Find the number you want to unblock and tap Clear or the minus/X symbol next to it.
Confirm by tapping Unblock.
For your home phone line you can use the steps in this link to turn off call screening, by pressing *80 from your landline phone when promoted press 3 to turn the feature off. You can also follow the steps to sign in to the Xfinity Voice Call Blocking Settings page using your Xfinity ID and password to manage your block list. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/call-screening
