I can make calls, but not receive them

I switched my phone service from ATT to xfinity. I moved my old/existing number from ATT to xfinity using the xFinity app when I added voice to my xFinity services. I made no changes to my service directly with ATT. Now, I am able to make calls via my xfinity service that show they are coming from my old number, but incoming calls are still showing up in ATT voicemail. How do I fix this??

I do not see xfinity voicemail anywhere on my xfinity app. When I attempt to "Manage my plan" I get a message back saying  "Looks like you already have an order in the works". The xfinity app currently does not show my Home Phone as a subscribed feature even though I can call out using my phone handset connected directly to my xfinity system, and when I call out caller id on the phone I am calling shows my correct (ported from ATT) phone number. So outbound seems connected, reporting correct number, and apparently working fine. Inbound seems to still route to ATT services. Possibly my order establishing xfinity home voice service is not complete yet and is stuck. Thank you for your help.

user_za0bar. Please send a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
 
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
