Incoming calls dropped on Voice
Xfinity Support: For the last several months, I have been having unable to receive incoming calls. I've upgraded the modem. Tried things mentioned in the community conversations. And no luck. I'd like to make an appointment for a technician to come and try to fix the issue.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
