No dial tone after upgrade
I recently received a new internet modem which I installed and the internet works as expected. After installing, I no longer get a dial tone on my home phone. The phone is plugged into a phone jack in the house.
I had the same thing happen previously last time I upgraded. A technician came out and had to re-activate another device I have in my house (has voip info on it). Is there anyway to get this device activated without having someone come out to the house?

Good evening @user_89775c, and thank you for reaching out on our Forums with your Voice issues, I'm sorry to hear that you are not receiving a dial tone. Have you tried power cycling your modem? Is the phone cordless? If so, can you confirm the batteries are charged?
