NO DIAL TONE ON HOUSE PHONES. WE HAVE A PACKAGE DEAL 

U-TUBE, INTERNET AND HOUSE PHONES. I AM HEARING IMPAIRED WITH A SERIOUS ILLNESS

Apologies to hear about the dial issues. Are the other services working in the home? Internet wise, that is up and running? Typically, with the home phone service, I would advise trying and unplug the phone cable from the modem and then reconnect in about 30 seconds.
