No dial tone on landline

We have functional TV and Internet, but the phone lines are no operational. No dial tone and no inbound calls.

OK, maybe good news for you. I have my problem fixed with the help of a nice lady from Apple. Long story short, which will save you time, delete your Icloud app and reinstall from Microsoft, what she said is an updated version. Hope this helps!

I should mention I did mine on my desktop PC
