no dial tone
I loose my dial tone about every 3 days. If I reboot the modem I get the dial tone back and then loose it again. TV and internet work fine. If I log into the moden it says on hook and if I lift the phone it will go to off hook but no dial tone. I have a NETGEAR C7100V

If your internet is fine, I'd check your phone's support team. It might be your phone. Also check YouTube for troubleshooting your phone. Good luck!

Hello, @user_55df7a. I appreciate you making us aware you're losing the dial tone every couple of days. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what you've done other than rebooting the modem? Have you tried troubleshooting the phone itself?
