No dial tone

I replaced my old xfinity modem with a new one last Friday.  The new one never got a dial tone, but internet speed was fantastic. I replaced it again today at the xfinity store, and still no dial tone. I tried to do chat but nobody on chat could provision the phone line on the new modem. Now waiting for a tech to come out. It's not a new phone line, just a replacement modem. Frustrating process when you can't speak to a rep on the phone because it says my new "modem is still restarting", even though it's been days.

Yes, that would be great if you can help me resolve this problem today and get the dial tone to work on the new xfinity modem.  Please advise.

What does "issue you with your issue" mean? If you meant to say "help you with your issue", how? You haven't said . . .
