No dialtone or service
My problem started 5 days ago, when I could not access my call history of my landline through Xfinity's website. I called about that yesterday and talked with half a dozen agents, two of whom severed my phone connection with them as they did something with my modem. They didn't try to re-establish the connection. Then, this morning, another agent did something to the system. The result is that I do not have my phone service at all. No dialtone, and I cannot make or receive calls. I have talked or chatted with a dozen agents and "supervisors" over two days. I feel as if I have chatted with half of the Indian subcontinent. There is supposedly a "dedicated team" addressing my problem, and I have been assured multiple times that the problem will be fixed in one hour. It is six hours later and another half a dozen agents on "chat" and I still don't have phone service. Xfinity stinks.
