no phone service

Called on Friday everything was reinstated and would be working in 24 hours. Still no dial tone, its been 48 hours since.

How can I get my phone workingithas been two months now and nophonenow it is activated but I need to set up the voicemail. I don't have a dab tone. I don't even have a phone. I changed my number and I have not had a phone since I changed it in August
