Hello @user_4d91b9 this is not the type of experience we want for any of our customers using and setting up services with us. I appreciate you sharing your experience. I will be sure to pass it along and will do all I can to turn this around. Are your services working after the service visit or are you still experiencing troubles with the XRE-10000 error?
