Does a phone work when you plug it directly into the Tel1 jack on the gateway? If it does, then you have a wiring problem. If not, there's something wrong with your service. Try unplugging your gateway for a minute or so, and check again when it has fully reset (5-10 minutes). If you still have no dial tone you'll need to contact Comcast by calling them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or using one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/ and asking for their help.
